Staffing Guarantees

We operate on a 100% Reliability Guarantee. If a team member does not meet the "Legendary Standard" within the first 2 hours of a shift, they are replaced, and those hours are non-billable.

Bill Rates & Transparency

Our rates are all-inclusive of payroll taxes, workers' comp, and insurance. We provide transparent, flat-fee billing with no hidden "convention surcharges," allowing for precise budget forecasting.

Client MSA Summary

  • Payment Terms: Standard Net 30 from the final date of the event.
  • Cancellation: 50% of the total estimate is due if cancelled within 7 days of the event; 100% within 72 hours.
  • Liability: Legendary Staffing maintains $2M General Liability and $1M Workers' Compensation coverage.
  • Non-Solicitation: Clients agree not to directly hire Legendary talent for 12 months post-event without a buyout fee.
  • Full Client Terms: Client Master Service Agreement

Talent Terms of Service

  • Payment Schedule: Independent Contractor payments are processed on a Net 30 basis following the completion of the project.
  • Standard of Conduct: Talent must arrive 15 minutes prior to "Call Time" in full uniform as specified in the Event Brief.
  • Credentialing: All staff must maintain active TAM, Health, Sheriff’s Cards, and any other work cards required where applicable.
  • Exclusivity: While on shift, talent represents Legendary Staffing exclusively; distributing personal business cards is prohibited.
